The space
The studio unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for cooking light meals and snacks during your stay. The kitchenette includes a hot plate, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals at home.

The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a sofa and smart TV for your entertainment needs. The bathroom is fully equipped with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap that is good for 7 days of your stay (guest will replenish the remainder on their stay).

Our studio unit is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of street parking available.

We’re just a short distance away from hospitals, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer.
Guest access
We respect the privacy of all of our guests and will not enter the unit during your stay unless it is absolutely necessary or if you request assistance and you will have complete privacy during your stay.

Parking: There is free street parking available nearby of the unit.

Amenities: We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries that is good for 7 days – the remainder will be provided by your own.

Internet and TV: The unit has free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with local channels.

Cleaning: The unit will be cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

Pets: No pets are allowed. A fine of $500 for violation.

Smoking: Our property is smoke-free, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit.

Noise: We ask that guests respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

Additional guests: Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, as there may be an additional fee.
