Our adorable one-bedroom front in-law unit is conveniently situated and ideal for couples or lone travelers who want to explore the neighborhood.

Our accommodations include a cozy bedroom, a roomy living area, and a fully functional kitchen, giving you everything you need for a convenient stay.

We take pride in giving our visitors a convenient and comfortable home away from home. We’re sure you’ll enjoy your stay, whether you’re here on business or for fun.
The space
The bedroom includes a comfortable double-sized bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The living area is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals at home.

The bathroom is fully equipped with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap that is good for 7 days of your stay (guest will provide for the remainder of their stay).

Our in-law unit is located in a central location, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. We’re just a short distance away from shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around without a car.

Guest can access the backyard where our laundry area is situated.

***This property is designed to provide maximum privacy for all of our guests. Each unit is completely separate and can only be accessed by the guests staying in that specific unit.***

Amenities: We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries that is good for 7 days of your stay – the remainder of your stay will be provided by your own.

Internet and TV: The unit has free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with local channels.

Cleaning: The unit will be cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

Pets: Pets are not allowed. A $500 fine for violation.

Smoking: Our property is smoke-free, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit.

Noise: We ask that guests respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

Additional guests: Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, as there may be an additional fee.
