About this space
Welcome to our quaint, one-bedroom in-law unit, which is located in a peaceful area and has its own washing and dryer. For couples or lone travelers looking for a convenient home away from home, our place is ideal.

We are situated in a calm and secure area with ample of on-street parking. Restaurants, stores, and public transportation are all conveniently close to our in-law apartment, making it simple to experience everything the neighborhood has to offer.
The space
The bedroom features a comfortable double-sized bed with soft linens and comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap (the essentials that we will provide is good for 7 days of your stay, the guest will replenish the remainder of their stay).

The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals at home. A table is also available, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

One of the highlights of our in-law unit is the private washer and dryer, which are available exclusively for your use. No need to worry about finding a laundromat or carrying your laundry around – you can easily do it all in the comfort of your own space.

Another great feature of our unit is the view of the peaceful courtyard, which provides a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.

*** We respect the privacy of all of our guests and will not enter the unit during your stay unless it is absolutely necessary or if you request assistance and you will have complete privacy during your stay. ***

Parking: There is free street parking available nearby of the unit.

Amenities: We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries that is good for 7 days of your stay.

Internet and TV: The unit has free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with local channels.

Cleaning: The unit will be cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

Pets: We don’t allow bringing of pets. Violation will be fine to $500.

Smoking: Our property is smoke-free, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit.

Noise: We ask that guests respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

Additional guests: Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, as there may be an additional fee.
