About this space
Welcome to our comfortable studio, which is excellent for business travelers.

Our room has a nice bed, a kitchenette where you can make quick meals, and it’s located right in the middle of the Bay Area.

You’ll have access to a communal laundry room, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, and bathroom and sink facilities on the same level corridor.

This unit is an excellent place to stay when traveling because it is close to dining and shopping options.
The space
The living area includes a comfortable twin-sized bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A desk and chair are also available, making it easy to catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones. The kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need for light cooking. A table is also available, making it easy to enjoy meals in the comfort of your own space.

The bathroom is shared with other guests, but is kept clean and well-maintained at all times.

Our studio unit is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of street parking available. We’re just a short distance away from restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer.

We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and convenient home away from home for our guests. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, we’re confident that you’ll enjoy your stay in our lovely studio unit.

Guest can access the backyard where our laundry area is situated.

***This property is designed to provide maximum privacy for all of our guests. Each unit is completely separate and can only be accessed by the guests staying in that specific unit.***

Parking: There is free street parking available nearby of the unit.

Amenities: We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries that is good for 7 days – the remainder will be provided by your own.

Internet and TV: The unit has free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with local channels.

Cleaning: The unit will be cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

Pets: No pets are allowed. A fine of $500 for violation.

Smoking: Our property is smoke-free, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit.

Noise: We ask that guests respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

Additional guests: Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, as there may be an additional fee.
