Welcome to our cozy studio unit, perfect for business travelers!

Our space features a comfortable bed with a kitchenette that you can prepare light meals and situated in the heart of the Bay Area.

You’ll have access to shared bathroom and sink facilities on the same floor hallway, as well as Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a shared laundry area. This studio is a great home away from home, located close to shopping and dining options.

The space
The living area includes a comfortable single-sized bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A desk and chair are also available, making it easy to catch up on work or stay connected with loved ones. The kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need for light cooking. A table is also available, making it easy to enjoy meals in the comfort of your own space.

The bathroom is shared with other guests, but is kept clean and well-maintained at all times.

Our studio unit is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of street parking available. We’re just a short distance away from restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer.

Amenities: We provide fresh linens and towels, as well as basic toiletries that is good for 7 days of your stay.

Pets: We don’t allow bringing of pets. Violation will be fine to $500.

Smoking: Our property is smoke-free, smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit.

Noise: We ask that guests respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

Additional guests: Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional guests stay overnight, as there may be an additional fee.
